Creativity
I use creativity to find possibilities beyond the obvious — the second and third idea usually explain the first one better.

Empathy
I design by understanding the people behind the workflow: the guard at 6 a.m., the manager before a 1:1, the rider waiting after 8 p.m.

Honesty
Design decisions should be explainable, realistic and evidence-based. If something is unvalidated, I say so.
